Chitra Selected to Provide Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA) Instruction Services to the Army’s Cyber School
Chitra has been selected to provide Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA) instruction services to support the Army’s Cyber School, a component of the Army’s Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE). The CCoE is the U.S. Army’s force modernization proponent for Cyberspace Operations, Signal/Communications Networks and Information Services, and Electronic Warfare (EW). It is responsible for developing related doctrine, organizational, training, materiel, leadership/education, personnel, and facility solutions. A major aspect of the CCoE’s mission is the training, education, and development of world-class, highly skilled cyber professionals, who support operations at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
“Chitra is honored to serve the Army’s Cyber School in this critical function. Training new officers in their Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) and familiarizing more senior officers in the Cyber Operations Officer Course is essential to the foundation and success of our Army. Our personnel are proud to be a part of such an important mission,” said Mark Manns, Chief Growth Officer for Chitra.
“I want to thank the leadership at Fort Gordon and the Cyber Center of Excellence for again selecting us to serve in yet another key capacity. Chitra is humbled to have this opportunity,” said Ms. Vibhaa Vermani, Chief Executive Officer of Chitra.
Headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Chitra is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) that provides integrated technical solutions and services to Defense Department and other U.S. Government agencies in training and education, cybersecurity and information technology, engineering, and logistics.
