Chitra Awarded New Contract to Provide Graduate-level Course Development and Instruction for the Functional (FA) 26A (Network Systems Engineering) and FA26B (Information Systems Security Engineering) Area of Concentration (AOC) to the U.S. Army
Chitra has been selected to provide curriculum development and instruction delivery services to support the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) in the transition of Company and Field grade officers into the FA26A and FA26B AOCs. The Network Systems Engineering Course provides the Army with a corps of highly skilled network engineering and network security professionals, who plan, engineer, test, secure, and validate the installation, operation, maintenance, and protection of Army telecommunication systems and networks using existing and future military and commercial information technologies at all levels of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) to perform the Mission Command Warfighting Function as part of the Joint, Inter-agency, Inter-Governmental and Multi-national (JIIM) environment in support of Multi-Domain Operations. The FA26B Program, consisting of the Information Systems Engineer Course, provides the Army with a corps of highly skilled information and data system professionals. This training is conducted at the U.S. Army’s Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
