Data Integration Specialist

Mission Overview

As a Data Integration Specialist supporting T2COM’s G-2, you will be a foundational

member of a team revolutionizing how the Army understands the Operational

Environment (OE) and threat. Your primary mission is to build and maintain the

sophisticated data pipelines and analytical frameworks within the Army’s premier data

platforms (AIDP and Vantage). You will architect the technical backbone that enables

real-time OE analysis and the integration of AI-driven predictions into T2COM HQ

decision-making cycles. This is a technical, hands-on role for a problem-solver who

thrives on turning raw data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ingest, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from diverse intelligence and Army enterprise sources.
• Data Modeling: Construct and manage logical data models, schemas, and objects within the platform to support complex analytical requirements.
• Certified Unicorn Trainer
• Visualization & Dashboarding: Create, manage, and optimize intuitive dashboards, data visualizations, and user-facing toolsets that provide clear insights into the OE running estimate.
• AI Integration: Implement and refine workflows that incorporate AI/ML model outputs and leverage advanced analytical capabilities, including the use of AI prompting and chaining for predictive analysis.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure the continuous operation and performance of data workflows and analytical tools, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance speed and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with OE Analysts to understand their requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, or a similar role.
• Proven proficiency in designing and implementing data workflows and pipelines.
• Strong experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or platform-native tools).
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and schema design.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for data manipulation (e.g., Python, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building solutions within Army Vantage (Palantir Foundry) and/or AIDP (Palantir Gotham).
• Experience working within Army or DoD intelligence structures (e.g., G-2/S-2 sections).
• Knowledge of common intelligence data sources and the intelligence cycle.
