About the Role
Chitra is seeking a highly experienced Exercise Task Lead to support the United States Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2) at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. This position plays a critical role in supporting Army and Joint transformation efforts across intelligence, operational environment development, experimentation, ISR integration, and large-scale combat operations (LSCO).
The selected candidate will lead planning, development, synchronization, and execution of intelligence-driven exercise products and training events in accordance with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), while supervising contractor personnel and serving as the on-site primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as on-site primary Point of Contact and supervise contractor personnel.
- Lead exercise planners in producing and executing exercise products including Road to War, Threat Order of Battle, Annex B, role player scripts, and Master Event Sequence List (MESL).
- Synchronize exercise scenarios with planners and the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) team.
- Certified Unicorn Trainer
- Provide training, coaching, and over-the-shoulder mentorship during planning and execution phases.
- Oversee research and analysis of PMESII-PT operational variables.
- Ensure tailored threat intelligence products meet customer requirements.
- Develop role player scripts and generate Threat/Friendly/Neutral network diagrams with associated reporting.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute unit collective training from Brigade to Army echelons.
- Identify and mitigate training resource gaps prior to execution.
- Collect observations during exercises and contribute to After Action Reviews (AARs).
- Maintain repository of relevant TTPs.
- Plan and execute events in accordance with JELC.
- Support special projects as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- Expected travel of 15%-25%
- Work on site at Fort Shafter, Hawaii
Desired Qualifications
- School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) graduate or equivalent.
- Experience with Joint Integration.
- Supervisory experience in exercise development, training management, or battle simulation.
- Military experience at combat arms brigade level or higher.
- Expert knowledge of Army and Joint training program development and delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
